20 WAYS TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY, RAISE YOUR VIBRATION & BE CORONA_VIRUS FREE 

The last 7 years I have been on my journey has certainly set me up for these kind of uncertain times that are taking place in the world right now. I have always known my role is to help others once I have learnt, absorbed and embodied everything myself. 

With this in mind I wanted to share how to keep yourself and family healthy with a strong immune system. The reason I know a lot about this is last August, after an alarming diagnosis, I have been overhauling my immune system and freeing my body of a whole host of unwanted visitors (viruses) and dis- ease. 

With this in mind, guided by the amazing team I have been healed by, I’m in a good place to share with you what I have learnt and how I am keeping my family CV free naturally. 

In order to upgrade your immune system here is what I know:

If you are contract the virus do this – High doses of vitamin C are crucial. 1000mg every 2 hours until your bowels say so (💩 you get my drift?) I like Medical Medium’s  protocol of adding two capsules of Vitamin C (1000mg) in a glass with some raw honey (also anti viral) and some freshly squeezed orange juice. 

20 drops of 12% iodine drops every 8 hours. Add a little water to the drops and down the hatch.

On top of this:

Ensure you are taking in selenium which is found naturally in Brazil nuts. I add these to my smoothie – approx 5-6 at a time.

Probiotics are really important too. Additionally drinking kefir or fermented products to boost your good bacteria – think of it like bolstering your internal army. I love a coconut kefir and take all my supplements whilst drinking that. Boom! 💥 

We are all deficient in zinc and this is key to so many health conditions. You can find this naturally in almonds and cashew nuts. Again in add that into my smoothie. 

Spend time in sunlight. Vitamin D is often referred to as “the sunshine vitamin” because the sun is one of the best sources of this nutrient. Despite advice, the best time is when the sun is strongest between 12-2pm, no sun cream and exposing as much of your skin as possible for how ever long your body tolerates it before it burns. 

How else am I keeping viruses away in my home?

Whether or not you have the virus or any type of virus for that matter – vitamin C in higher doses is really important especially if you have low immunity.  Every day I take 1000mg twice a day as well as a berry smoothie or citrus fruit juice.

Stay out of fear. The statistics are showing that even if you contracted CV you are more likely to fall down the stairs than it actually affecting you. Fear lowers your vibration so keep your heart open and your body grounded through these times.

Meditate each day and see yourself free from any unwanted energy, visitors and see light entering your body. This raises your vibration tenfold.

Get out in nature. We know how this heals and keeps the mind fresh and body happy.

Exercise: filling your body, however you choose, with oxygen rich blood is a must, I have upped my yoga practice to stay grounded while staying fit.

Stop feeding fear by reading the news. You’ll get the memo if you need to know anything.

Know that this will all pass, sit tight make sensible decisions follow protocol of washing hands and being more aware.

I have a essential oil diffusers in each room and selected the most effective anti viral oils such as clove, cinnamon and peppermint. 

If you are not already on the celery juice bandwagon get on it. It simply cleans your blood of everything yucky.

Colloidal silver is a miracle worker and can be used for multiple things- spraying in the eyes to clean them, earaches, cleaning hands and surfaces and taking a shot of it. 

I have my kids on organic elderberry syrup  at the first sign of a cold. The syrup binds to any flu like viruses and knocks everything on the head very quickly.

I take bee propolis as an immune booster as well as a good multivitamin.

Colostrum – yes that miracle nectar from mothers breast milk – but this time from cows is an amazing immune booster. Take it last thing at night on an empty stomach and first thing in the morning, again on an empty stomach.

If you haven’t heard of it ozone therapy is very powerful at banishing anything unwanted in your system. This can be administered in the ears, nose, vaginally or rectally for a full systemic power boost. Cancer and unwanted visitors can’t survive in an oxygen rich body.

The same goes for an alkaline system – it is a poor host to viruses, cancer and most diseases. Clean up your diet. Stop processed food. Get rid of sugar. 

Never before has keeping your immune system strong and mind grounded been more necessary. You can sit comfortably free from fear by empowering yourself with the knowledge to stay healthy physically and mentally. You might not be able to control what’s happening in the big wide world but you can control what’s happening in your own small world.
