Pregnancy and birth is about allowing the pregnant mother to flourish and transition into motherhood seamlessly. I advocate for rest and nourishment throughout all stages of pregnancy, birth and post-partum to ensure the mother is filled up in all areas so that she has the energy and good health to provide for her baby.

“Cat has been a fantastic doula to me.

Not only was she a great guide on what to do with the baby but she made me feel like I mattered, taken care of. It made me feel calm and supported which I really needed. She has a very holistic approach which suited me very well.
